Ingredientes ( xícara medidora de 200 ml)
- 1 xícara e meia de de fubá
- 2 xícaras de polvilho doce
- 2 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado
- 200 gramas de muçarela ralada
- 1 colher de chá de sal
- água fervente até dar o ponto da massa
Como fazer:
- Em uma vasilha misture o fubá com o polvilho.
- Em seguida, adicione uma colher de chá do sal.
- Então, acrescente também duas colheres de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado e 200 gramas de muçarela ralada. Em seguida, misture todos os ingredientes muito bem.
